Pencil Art Course Curriculum (10 weeks):

Week 1: Introduction to Basic Drawing Techniques

– Exploring basic techniques for achieving accurate proportions

– Understanding one-point perspective and its application in drawing

– Basic exercises to practice drawing objects in perspective

Project 2: Drawing some objects using perspective law

 

Week 3: Exploring Composition

– Introduction to composition and its role in creating visually engaging drawings

– Concepts of negative space and the rule of thirds

– Composition techniques such as focal point, framing, and balance

– Practical exercises in arranging elements within a drawing

Project 3: Drawing some objects with proper composition.

– Exploring various textures and surfaces in still life drawing

Project 4: Drawing some objects around you with different textures and surfaces

– Incorporating value and tone to create depth and form in drawings

– Practicing figure drawing through live model sessions or reference materials
